What is your cancellation and late arrival policy?
We highly value your time and the schedule of our artists. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows a subject to a cancellation fee. If you are running late, please let us know; late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule to protect the next client’s appointment.
