Is the SMART Pedicure safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, the SMART Pedicure is actually safer for sensitive skin than traditional methods. Because it is a 100% dry procedure, we do not need to soften the skin with chemical agents or harsh soaks that can sometimes irritate sensitive areas. The rotating disk provides a uniform, controlled exfoliation that is incredibly gentle.
Why do you not use water for pedicures?
Traditional water soaks can expand healthy skin cells, making it difficult to differentiate between healthy skin and calluses, often leading to uneven results. Our dry e-file method focuses exclusively on dead, calloused skin, resulting in a cleaner, more precise, and longer-lasting finish.
How should I prepare for a SMART Pedicure?
No special preparation is needed! Because it is a dry-tech process, please arrive with dry feet. We will handle all the sanitization and exfoliation for you. If you currently have gel polish from another salon, we can safely remove it during your session using our soft, specialized e-file bits.
